Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products from Argyle Sports, Inc. through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Custom-Made Products
All products are made to order in limited production batches. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Minor variations in color or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

Pre-Order Model
Products are sold during limited order windows and produced after the window closes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production timeline and estimated delivery window.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are based in Euro but listed in local currency. Payment is collected at the time of order. Prices do not include customs duties, or import taxes for international orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order window has closed and production has begun.

Liability
Argyle Sports, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing timelines, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our reasonable control.

Use of Products
All products are sold for personal use. Argyle Sports, Inc. is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, sizing choices, or misuse of products.
