Refund policy

All items sold by Argyle Sports, Inc. are custom-produced in limited batches and made specifically to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@teamefcoaching.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item (wrong product or size sent in error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

No Cancellations After Order Window Closes
Because products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once the order window has closed and production has begun.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
